Tom Tobin is the Principal Broker for Scope Real Estate, and has been a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club of NVAR (Northern Virginia Association of Realtors). After working as a real estate agent for nine years, Tom obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license in 1996 to pursue his own business model for more personalized client based service. Tom is educated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech in 1984, and has since completed over 700 hours of accredited continuing education courses in real estate specialized disciplines. Tom is also a local graduate of W.T. Woodson High School in Fairfax County. Having listed and sold townhouses, condominiums, and single-family homes throughout Northern Virginia, and worked as an appraiser for many years, Tom possesses a unique comprehensive knowledge of local real estate markets which directly benefits his clients their real estate transactions.
Lisa Tobin is a buyer agent specialist with expertise in mortgage financing. She has worked as a mortgage loan consultant and Senior Loan Officer for some of the area’s most respected mortgage brokers and banks for over 20 years. Lisa has been an active realtor since 2001, and is a current member of NVAR. She has effectively counseled numerous buyers through credit rehabilitation and complex mortgage problems to achieve the ultimate home purchase goal. Lisa is a life-long Loudoun County resident and graduate of Park View High School, with intimate knowledge of the past, present, and future environs of Loudoun County. Lisa and Tom are also successful local real estate investors with unique insight to the local real estate markets.
